Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2009 is slated this February 12 – 15, 2009. This will be the biggest air show held in the country. The Clark Development Corporation – Tourism and Promotions Office announced that at least 25 countries will be participating in the 14th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta in Clark Pampanga.

There will be more than 100,000 spectators expected to grace the four-day event in Clark’s Civil Aviation Complex. Aside from the beautiful and colorful Hot air balloons, the event also lined up various activities like, paragliding, light plane show, sky jumping and kite flying.

Ms. Garcia, TPO Manager of Clark Development Corporation, said that this early they are already drawing plans to make the next hot air balloon fiesta a bigger and spectacular event as part of the CDC’s bid to transform Clark into a tourist haven north of Manila.

So, see you at the Hot Air Balloon on February. I just hope that this time the Balloon will really take to the sky.
