San Fernando Giant Lantern Festival 2008

This December let’s celebrate and witness the colourful Ligligan Parul of San Fernando Pampanga. The Ligligan Parul or the world-renowned Giant Lantern Festival features a competition of 20 feet high lanterns that uses rotor controlled light bulbs. The rotor control synchronizes the light bulbs to the dance to the music and make those beautiful patterns.
