Ligligan Parul 2009 – San Fernando Pampanga’s Giant Lantern Festival
This December, San Fernando, Pampanga will once again shine as it celebrate the world-renowned Giant Lantern Festival or the Ligligan Parul. The highlights of the Ligligan Parul is slated on December 19,2009 at Robinson’s Starmills in San Fernando Pampanga.
Ligligan Parul features a competition of up to 18-20 feet high giant lanterns dance to an interplay of colors to the tune of Christmas songs. Also see how thousands of controlled light bulbs dance to the music and make a magical show of beautiful and intricate patterns. It’s really amazing.
