The province of Negros will once again celebrate its annual Panaad sa Negros Festival this March. The festival is dubbed as the “Festival of Festivals”, for it converges the festivals & fiestas of 13 cities and 19 municipalities in  Negros Occidental in just a single celebration.

City Mayor Reinaldo Bautista Jr. Friday assured visitors here for the flower festival in February that they will witness a unique romantic play at the Burnham Lake on Valentines Day, dubbed as “Camelot fluvial parade.”
