I’ve been to Victorias City for an nth times already, for I have friends and relatives who live there., as well as, it’s just along the way going to my parents house. But last Monday, March 21, was my first time to join the city in celebrating the Kadalag-an Festival.

Last Saturday, March 19, I went to Sagay City with Eyya to witness the 15th Sinigayan Festival. The name was derived from a hard semi-spherical shell called “Sigay” which is abundant on the shores of Sagay.
